4. AI PROCESSING

Where technically and contractually applicable, third-party AI providers may be configured to process customer information only for providing the requested service.
LOVIZA does not sell your private prompts, brand information, or customer content to third parties for advertising purposes.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to analyze performance, improve the Service, detect abuse, and develop features.
5. SOCIAL-MEDIA PUBLISHING
LOVIZA can allow you to connect social-media accounts and instruct LOVIZA to publish content on your behalf.
You authorize LOVIZA to perform actions within the permissions you grant through the relevant third-party platform.
You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish, compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, accuracy of published information, and having rights to use trademarks, images, music, videos, and other materials.
You may disconnect a social-media account through available LOVIZA functionality or the relevant platform.
6. LEGAL BASES / PERMITTED PROCESSING
Depending on applicable law, we may process personal information based on consent, performance of a contract, your request for services, legal obligations, legitimate business purposes where legally permitted, fraud/security prevention, protection of rights and property, and other lawful grounds.
